The quality of your interactions will be limited by your capacity to facilitate yourself. Most men feel an inner calling to lead, yet some are waiting to feel ready or feel like they've hit a ceiling in their quality of facilitation. Realising that the previous certificates or frameworks didn't 'fix' that internal feeling of not knowing if or how capable you are. Because you realise it was never in the skills or the piece of paper in your hand.
But an inner click in your whole body that did not yet took place. It's because the level of depth you're seeking in your facilitation is equal to meeting the depth within yourself. A part of you is not yet showing up and thinks it's playing it safe. But it's costing you the quality you can deliver.
The Facilitator's Initiation is a three day full immersion into the pillars of 'self', 'self & other' & 'space'. Confronting, inviting and therefor expanding. You will be met with the parts of you that are holding you back and will meet the depth of that through self facilitation. So you can actually bring your 'medicine' & leadership there where it matters; in relationships, in circle, at work, with strangers or with a brother or a sister.
