The Forge Level 1 - The Gathering of Men

The Forge — Level 1

The Forge is the monthly mastermind for the men of The Launchpad. Two hours, a maximum of twelve men, and one expectation: you come prepared.

How it works

Before the session, every brother works through a framework(1 of the 3 available) to identify their most pressing bottleneck, the one thing that's blocking real progress right now. You arrive with your answers done and your challenge ready to present.

The session opens with ten minutes to assess the room. Every man shares his bottleneck, similar challenges get grouped, and from there each brother gets a timed ten-minute window to put his challenge on the table and draw on the collective knowledge and experience of the group.

There are no spectators here. The session is self-facilitated, it runs on trust and structure, and every man contributes, whether you're the one presenting or the one helping a brother break through.

What to prepare

Complete the 7 Questions for Change if you haven't done so already, then check with the group which of the three frameworks will be used for this session and fill it out fully. From there, define your bottleneck — specific, concrete, and actionable — and be ready to walk the group through it in five minutes: what's stuck, what you've already tried, and what you actually need.
